Toxic players in normal mode trials? Seriously? Out of the most recent/relevant ones I saw Shinryu first-hand, and I see some pain with Tsukuyomi now too, but by and large salt piles and keyboard rage are reserved for EX versions. Even for the two I mentioned most of the time the problem people left or there was a total disband if it wasn't salvageable; it's not super common to see people flying off the handle in chat without them either leaving or getting shut down. If you encounter "toxic" individuals often then you might want to start looking at the common threads connecting all those incidents... I don't think the content is to blame.
