Why does this come up any more? It's over the player base has lost. To many whales and to many "they got to make money players/supporters". Cost and amount of items will both keep going up. They have clearly have identified that a decent portion of this player base will forgive and pay for anything. 1.X was a dream that we were interacting with someone who cared. The dreams over. This is what we get and it will not get any better.

The only reasons I see why this is happening;

Economy must be tough for some and maybe are just acting out on their emotions.

The toxicity of trolls that just flame the fire by just adding more emotions to the fire comparing it to some other games or non logical made up answers that avoid the main issue.

People can't use a dictionary or internet to look up the meaning of the words that have been used constantly; business , Scam , rip-off, illegal.

I would think by now people would at a minimum understand the difference between a business and a non profit entity.

The player base has lost because players themselves will go out of their way to attack those offering feedback. You would think those attacking are "defending" the game, but in reality those who offer feedback do so because they love the game and don't want to see it fall apart, or would simply like to see it become even more popular or improve. The majority who think the game is too micro-transaction based won't complain on the forums, they'll just slip away silently and the population will decline. Trying to silence feedback isn't defending anything.

Some people just love having someone else to attack, but they shoot themselves in the foot really.

Of course there are expections. "Omg SE are scamming rip offs the game is rubbish!" isn't productive discussion, but there are plenty of valid points and reasonable feedback here too.

There are plenty of valid points that get lost in translation, I agree with you 100%. What really kills it is that they start making very good constructive points, yet fail to make suggestions. They only focus on comparisons that really don't make a good case. Feed back is great when is given properly, with no actual suggestions is only really considered venting.
