    I just got booted from Cutter's Cry 7 times before feeling awful for my party and leaving (I was healing... no bueno.) I can't provide much info except the time it's happened the last few days (Again around 6PM EST) and the fact that I run a speedtest when it happens and it's not an ISP problem.
    Back again to just post an update. Exact same issue, ongoing since Friday. I'm on Excalibur, the 90002 errors are every few seconds but only if I'm in combat (dungeon, PvE, anywhere.) Between 7:30pm - 8pm EST it's as if a switch flips and the issues stops. To reiterate, I NEVER had this issue until Friday, and now it's been every day within the same time window 5pm - 7:30pm EST. It's not my internet or ISP. (Happened again just before at around 5:20pm EST)

    I'm sorry that's happening to you, it sucks, it's pretty much what's happening to all of us. Unfortunately SE isn't going to do anything about it. Behold:
