So far I've yet to really have any issues with SE that is in game related, their shipping department from SE store is something they could work on. However I don't think they hide anything from us. Everything is stated in their terms of use, IF people ever read the thing things would make more sense, those who read it can find loop wholes. Cash shop items are no different people just get trigger happy and by pass important information. The name Cash cow is something that most consumer label themselves voluntarily, when they don't agree with a business to slender them, or have found a great project which brings in large revenue. Yes I am a consumer, and I don't mind being a cash cow if the service rendered is being provided. However some of us "cash cows" don't want to take responsibility for our decisions and right away find shelter blaming a company. SE is one of the few companies that I really have had zero issues with, GM's handle my complains right away, and tech support is really good as well. True timing could improve however when you think about it it makes sense that they can take time to get to you. I mean most people don't read the terms of use and the answers are right there.
