What's your first impression of Eureka?

you are just feeding his ego. I thought I explained how that he really did say that, a reply he outright ignored (though I predicted as much) but I thought I try anyway. He really did, just though implied actions. The reason he does not want to talk to me anymore because I fully explained what he was doing, and has no defense at that point since I refused to fall for his red herring.

You are literally in the worst period for starting Eureka. You missed the first wave, and there are still tons of people who are playing it, preventing you from taking advantage of the scaling system.
The only thing you can do right now is to get with your Lv.20 friends -if some of them are still doing Eureka- and "enjoy" your gold reward in every FATEs they do. Is it fun to get carried like that? Most would say no indeed.

That comment right there mean something to me, that's acknowledging a part of the disgust.I stand firm on my comment about what you said that i'd rather have a single dungeon over eureka/in other words,I didn't want anything like eureka to begin with,but again I didn't know what to expect,heck I didn't even know it was coming,but no I am not feeding Reynhart ego,I seriously doubt he need me for that & even if I was,w/e,I just stood true to myself admitting that I couldn't find a none twisted comment like this by being humble & search versus ignoring the question & continuing my merry way of complaints.

They did, but that's only an extra 1000ish exp over the normal chain values. I think the amount they boosted is 25-30%, because last time i soloed at 8 or 9, you'd get 87 per starting mob.

I didn't test this on mobs under my level, where there is no chain, nor duo.

I guess if you have nothing to do and want to grind out some exp without being part of the chain its ok, but you're losing out on bonus exp if you don't fight things exactly your level and its still slow going. Keep in mind I also use rdm, which can reliably chain 30; tanks and healers will not be able to reach that, and mindflayers have incredibly low dps with no surprise moves. The puks for example at 11 have an incredibly powerful stoneskin which makes chaining them solo impossible. I did notice that the level 11 skeletons started at 140 exp, so it might be good to try undead whenever possible.

Well was curious mostly on what they meant when they described the hotfixes, it's still not enough imho they should increase it more, maybe it gets better for higher level mobs, but even then solo exp should be again buffed

The hotfixes werent even fixes.

Exp gains are too modest to matter. I don't think they will increase chain parties or soloing. The get rid of fireworks didn't even work; you still get fireworks, about half as much. You now get potions for the other half. The percentages for everything else but grade V materia suck. I don't know about the boss rendering better, and I guess the draw in thing being fixed is nice, but none of this changes anything really. You don't get increased crystals from soloing or partying, you still get anemos crystals only from FATES, and you can't actually do exp parties without a tank player and a healer player. You still have the big level penalties to exp in party, and you still can only chain solo from things your exact level.

IDK why they bothered, except for the rendering and draw-in.

When I commented on lockbox issues, I also pointed out there is an inventory bloat issue with it, and that went ignored. What am I supposed to do with all these items? toss them? feels like a waste but .. I have no choice, too many items.

Big no on that one. I feel like you're making this a give and take comparison but it's flawed. Making gear harder to get will also affect the people who already finished leveling. You're just making this place a longer grind than it has to be. The way things are now, by the time I'm 20 I've gotten a lot of small awards along the way, be it lockboxes or pieces of gear, and that keeps me going. I need to be level 19 for Pazuzu feathers? Fine, by then I've gotten all the weapons I want to upgrade up to +2 and I've gotten some dyable glamour bait besides. The gear is the award, not the level, so I'd rather they kept it as-is (granted with other QoL changes)

Well they released it broken, what else is there to do to fix it then? How do you get new people to do it, that does not do it because of presenting people with a mountain at level 1? these hotfixes did a poor job in addressing that.

Exactly. I do have my own thoughts about people in some forums that I visited but its probably for the best not to post them even if they describe the person quite right. Its just better to ignore it and just post your ideas. Thus nobody can use your post against you in any way even if they are wrong. I agree that its hard but imo you can point out word twisting by posting the evidence but still best to not attack personally because that will put the focus on this and not the argument itself. .

This is... moving the goal posts? or something.. because it does not fit the situation. That is not why I was calling people that (You are over generalization). I was calling people that after a person in question would keep auguring off tangents, laying red harrings and other such things, in an attempt to say anything to defend SE, so it was fitting for some as in what they where doing, it was not an insult. So what I was doing basically, is calling a blue pen, a blue pen, how is calling a blue pen a blue pen an insult?

So asking how I feel is hard to answer since that situation will not exist, I stay on topic with people, giving details why I draw such conclusions, and often they where ignored by those I called that. However to answer this hypothetical situation goes back to what I did already. I would feel confused, point out how it is flawed, like the one person insisting I was suggesting I claimed they where being insulting when I pointed my details and my words, and their quotes to explain there is no insult for quoting what the person said, saying it is contradictory and me stating I am confused. How someone wants to state i was claiming they where being insulting, and "saying stuff they did not say" when I quoted 2 different quotes by them, is beyond me.

Another way to try best answer your question, is more often then not, I am insulted more when people twist my words, then calling me some name that is not fitting.

Again, I am not insulting, It was just describing the act. your post makes no sense. Is it ok to make one sentence posts with the pure intent to start a flame war?

I provoke people a lot? You do realize every time you call someone a white knight, say they are strawmaning, or laying red herrings is provoking right? The very act of calling people white knights provokes a flame war, as you have seen....

I'm just going to go back to my usual response and say I don't main Paladin anymore, so I can't be a white knight, I don't gather straw very often, so I can't make strawmen, and I'm not big on fishing, so I don't have any red herrings.

It's not shifting goal posts, but giving you an example. When you're arguing against someone, you should never resort to name calling, even if they started it or it describes what they're doing perfectly. It doesn't add anything and only makes you look disrespectful/just as disrespectful.
