They said they're limiting Expert Dungeons in odd patches because each odd patch will have a new and different content.

The current plan for what these patches will contain is odd numbered patches will have one dungeon and some other new content while even numbered patches will have two new dungeons and QOL improvements.

And Eureka was never confirmed for 4.1

This means there is improvements to be made, basically 70% find the need to want improvements to this place, its not different then saying they dislike it in some way.

Then I guess 70% clearly like it in some way since they can't say they hate it. Now what ?

EDIT : Oh ! Now I understand ! Since I don't think Eureka is perfect (The lack of level-sync) I shouldn't have the rigth to vote that "I like it"...my bad...I hope it doesn't show the utter nonsense of your assumption based on the poll result...
Let me help you a little more. I think very few people think Eureka has absolutely no flaw at all, so we're probably close to 100% people disliking Eureka "in some way". Feel good now ?
