    Oh don't get me wrong, I've definitely expressed my salt with the delays just to only be greeted with a mob grind and a FATE train. Not here, but on a Discord channel with my friends (although I scrub that convo and post it in the Eureka Suggestions thread floating around just for fun).

    As for lost content...honestly, I've never been bothered by the loss of a dungeon or what have you. They're all just running down a pathway anyway, just with different settings, so -shrug-. My opinion, though.

    Altogether, even when I was absolutely furious with Eureka last week, I couldn't bring myself to call it the absolute worst. Diadem still holds that honor in my book.

    I personally hate the dungeon system and would not care if not getting any next patch. Dungeon system is a poison to mmorpg genre. The game feels more alive right now.

    And also encourages exploration (even if it's just "FATE trains," you're still exploring a rather dangerous zone, especially when you get around to doing your Krile quests), people leaving the instance doesn't negatively affect your party and mobs aren't HP sponges once your level matches/surpasses them.

    The other two points are minor, but for me, exploration was something I was hoping for (which is something Diadem severely lacks. Diadem 1.0 had you stay on Dinosaur Island and 2.0 had you do objectives that never really took you anywhere and once they were done, you didn't have a reason to stay... unless a NM or the Emergency Mission thing popped).

    I hated it at first, but now that I have grown to like it now. I am level 20 with a few relics. I've been playing MMOs since the 90s, so it reminds me of the old games where you mostly just chilled and murdered stuff. There's a lot of chatter in the zone which is something I feel the game has lacked.

    Exploring the zone was a lot of fun and it felt dangerous when first getting there. Now that I am 20 I feel really powerful. I still have some reasons to come back since I want to complete a few AF3 sets.

    I think what we have is a good barebones foundation. If they can expand on this going forward I think the next version can be really good. Maybe add a daily hub with some quests, some random spawning/rare events, etc. It's not the greatest content in the world, but it is a lot better then the tome grind relics. I also like that once you are 19 it is really easy to make other relics for your other jobs.

    the trouble of this stawpoll is the fact that 2 answer make eureka look ok, one is like, the other say meh it's ok, what is good.

    in a sense this poll is totally incorrect, the best was to give 3 choice, yes, no , don't care.
    here we will have seen the real feeling of the people... because there you have no choice for people that don't care about eureka or simply ignore it.

    even doing a poll with: do you do eureka? yes - no - ignore it.
    will have been better than this one.

    honestly eureka is bad in many way, it's like we are back in the V1....but don't the V1 was a massive failure? enough for force SE to redo the whole game?

    no because for the one that haven't played the V1....eureka is like what we was doing in the V1.... monster party and nm hunting. the only difference here, it's possible to leech... my sister do it... she partake to the leech of FATE. means, her team follow the bus, people make the fate appear, she only partake in the FATE and get the exp and reward, she don't play most of the time...

    Eureka can be something nice, but actually no? it's a failure in terms of mmorpg evolution. the punishement with deleveling and loose of exp have no meaning since people move in Zerg, means almost no one loose exp.
    even the leveling is destroyed by the zergfest that have become eureka. they have try to bring back something because of nostalgia... but that it... nostalgia is cool because it's the past.

    the reward inside are bad... really bad, not worth the excruting time spend into it at.... do a zerg. where is the fun? where is the challenge? where is the game?
    Eureka today, is a massive failure, far more than any other failure that did happend before. we did wait many month and it was reported for this? seriously?

    people have said hating the hunt zergfest and they redid it.... stop try to redo the past and try to create new thing....because there.... it's simply painfully boring and not fun. and whatever people that try to defend eureka try to say, it's a fact, it's a boring, zergfest without any danger involved.

    now i'm extremely worried, because if that eureka, what will be the deep dungeon 2.0? do we will even see it? that a lot of question and one more time it put into light that the game definitivly need a test server!

    ps: i can't like this mess that is eureka, i play for enjoy my time into the game not to spend hour at repeat same boring action over and over and over and over without real risk or challenge involved. yes, repetition exist in mmorpg, but here we have nothing exept repetitive un rewarding mess.

    and i'm tired to see them adding barebone system without finish them... deep dungeon 1.0 was like this a system barebone without savor i will have prefered that they work on the deep dungeon 2.0 and expand it... instead to give us diadem 2.0

    That would make it lean towards the bad side which would also be poll manipulation. Either make it like the Japanese one that had Neither as the third option (so it was not boring but also not fun, so really neutral or the I dont care) or you need much more question. For me five questions would have been perfect. Two for the good side, two for the bad and one that doesnt care. Because if you dont love it but also dont have it you kinda have to use the option that makes it more positive even if you see it more negative but dont hate it.

    A: In older MMOs, such as Ultima Online, there was a house maintenance fee you had to pay weekly, but in FFXIV: ARR we decided against this system. Similarly, these older MMOs also had a system where your house would break down if you didn’t log in after a while in order to have you continue your subscription, but this is a thing of the past and we won't have any system like that.

    Well, the point is that "meh it's ok" is essentially having a criticism with a positive outlook so adding a "meh it's bad" would balance that out

    Oh you mean both of them. Sorry misunderstood it then, I read it like you wanted to exchange one with the other. So yeah that would be at least a bit better.
