You do not need to grind for experience points. If SE had some ACTUAL content in game, people would be trying to get some quest gear to continue leveling up.

They should do two things to normalize this (If you look at Brucey Bangbang's signature right above me, you will understand why this game needs to slow the hell down). Increase the learning curve and make fights much harder; basically forcing you to get proper equipment in order to contribute to your party, and introduce a PLETHORA of content that rewards this needed gear, but can ONLY be obtained with the efforts of a group. The alternative to this group based content would be crafted gear that requires hard to obtain materials; it would require the efforts of a gatherer, a crafter, and the consumer.

This isn't new by any means. It's how you properly establish an MMO that keeps people occupied for several months without having to resort to monotonous grinding. Unfortunately, a lot of these new generation MMO's that people play for (get this) ONE month, do not follow this simple formula. It's almost as if they only want to sell box copies of their latest scam...er I mean MMORPG.
