Let's combine the worst part of ARR (Atma grind) with FF XI's Notorious Monster hunting (because FFXIV Hunts aren't grief fests), EXP+level loss (making soloing aggressively discouraged), and wrap it up in a timed instance with a weird elemental damage type tree that makes no sense.

This isn't just stupidly awful, it's aggressively moronic. Congratulations, you actually managed to make something exponentially worse than Diadem.
