The mansion was an example. After the new wards opened there were tons of FC's being sold as FC's and relocations to bigger/better plots. Gilsellers and their bots are more than likely camping placards so they can even get houses still now with the new timer. You're assuming Bot A can find another mansion to buy. I'm not seeing any mansions available out there, are you? Even if Bot A has already purchased another small so they'll have the timer bypass for relocation, they're still going to have to fight the other players also wanting to relocate to any mansion that opens up.
Considering SE seems to be fairly satisfied that FCs in need of houses have them now, they might as well make the relinquish timer apply to relocations as well. That would really screw over the flippers who need the relocation bypass active in order to attract buyers. No one is going to pay someone else to relinquish a property when there's no guarantee they'll get it.

Nevertheless, it is your own assumption. The fact is there are still open plots on other servers. How are you going to explain that? You are pretty much doing witch hunt. The airship and submarines game mechanic are only available to FC only and pretty much limited to selective fews. I do know there are people who created one man FC just for being able to access these game mechanics. Are you going to label these people as gil seller or house floppers?
You just took it all way out of proportion. You stated with the current regulation, it is a one time thing, wich it is not because houseflipper will just do it again and again in every way they can. There is a difference between people that got a house through making an fc ( to be able to access airships and other things) and people buying them just to sell them off again. You're taking my words and are twisting them into things i never stated.Nevertheless, it is your own assumption. The fact is there are still open plots on other servers. Yet "every way they can" will be much harder now than before. You just took it all way out of proportion. They're limited to 2 houses per world per account where before they could have up to 16. Their FC has to have 3 other members to buy where before there didn't need to be anyone else. They're limited to selling to those who already own a house or who doesn't belong to any FC with a house where before anyone could be the potential buyer. Now they have to wait on a relinquish timer to end where before they could instantly buy something if they saw it available.
Will it still be worth the effort for a much smaller long term profit? They could try increasing the price they want to charge to make up the difference but that just reduces the potential pool of buyers even more.
Nothing will eliminate flipping completely but there's going to be less of it going forward and it's likely to be limited to the high pop worlds like Balmung. Making the relocation timer apply to relocations in addition to purchases will reduce flipping even more.
You might want to accuse Divinemights of twisting your words but you're twisting the reality of the current situation to make it sound like more of a problem than it is.
Yes, the new changes definately made it alot harder, and i love it.Yet "every way they can" will be much harder now than before.

I never said much about the current situation. I merely replied to her statement of it being a one-time only thing, wich it is not. The only time housing sales went up recently was when the new wards went live and a few people that made "solo" FC's sold the good and bigger spots they got to privates that got a "i take what i can get" spot. I still believe a majority of players got houses for themselves, be it private, or through an FC, wich I'm glad for. Wich is why I'm saying my words are being twisted.
Now that most houses are gone it's near impossible for flippers to do it. I merely stated that they CAN still do it! They do however, no longer have an advantage fighting other players for demolished plots. So again, my statement was taking out of proportion. Wether they actually bother to still get gil from house flipping i do not know, only that they can. But if i was a bot company, i wouldn't waste time on camping placards, i would do bot gathering or whatever those people do.
The only wich hunt to be done is on the actual bots, wether it be house flipping, node glitching or gil selling. NOT on people that decided their only way to get a house was to make an FC with friends, because i fully support that way, even tho there are people that wouldn't agree.
