The general player base needs to improve

But I dunno about that. It's been said before, but we really need a new hall of novice.

I would really love to see more added to the Hall of Novice. I personally found what was there to be really useful when I returned to the game.

Can't say everyone else actually learned anything from it... But I'll dream lol
