Should I use the glamour dresser?

The only problem I have is the drawer access (come on only in INN ?).

For obtaining the gear which is we put in drawer YES, I FULLY AGREE (and I think they tried to address them) --> albeit for now just make sure you don't put mogstation item in it except you won't remove it or delete it.

For mogstation item itself --> Put 1 NPC to buy the mogstation item once you buy it. (0 or 1 gil price is not really hurt) --> I think this feature has been asked since 2015 >.<.

I believe you can also dye a piece of gear while editing your plates, which will only apply that dye to that item from the specific plates used.

Which means you could dye a piece of gear within the dresser with an expensive dye, which would allow that dyed piece to be used in any future plate, but also while using it in any plate, dye over it with any other dye without losing the original expensive look that is saved to the dresser.

You're right. When dyed that way the dye binds to the plate and not the item and this allows dyeing Armoire items in the dresser. For example, if I wanted wolf ears dyed pure white I would save the ears to plate 1 and dye it there, but then I would have to always use plate 1 for those ears if I wanted to keep the dye on the item. As long as we have the limit of only 10 plates this may be more problematic than just keeping dyed Armoire items in the chocobo bag.

Glamour plates apply the glamour to gear pieces. If your RDM and SMN share gear then they share glamour. The plates work the same as the old glamour system, except they take no prisms and are limited to cities.

I think the key will be the underlying equipment. Your Coat of Healing (or whatever) has been glamoured into a white gryphonskin breastguard. Your Coat of Casting has been glamoured into a red breastguard, and remains that way when you equip it to your summoner.

OF COURSE! I wasn't thinking about the underlying gear, just the glamour gear. I'll switch the stupidity key off! Thanks for your help.
