The Garlean ambassador we just met (cant remember his name for the life of me) may also try to sully the WOL's rep, he's already openly admitted his hatred of us but i severely doubt his battle will be fought in any form of physicality
That would be one hell of a manipulation, since apparently killing the Sultana didn't even cause the public's faith in us to waver. I can't even for the life of me imagine a situation where a Garlean of all people could drum up that sort of propaganda.
