Impossible to say sadly. We've been a preferred world again since 4.1 (and that was the first time Shiro was available) so I'm not certain how many new people we've gotten and how many of them are house hopefuls in Shiro. The fact you're looking for a specific ward is your only pitfall otherwise I'd say you have a great chance.

Yeah, it's really just more-over I wouldn't mind being close to my FC. It's not really out of any desire for Shirogane itself. I just meant a ballpark based on how fast the Shirogane wards, as a whole, filled up at 4.1. I'd use that for a reference point. Like, I just meant.... How fast on average did they fill up last time? That's what I meant. Lol

I don't care WHERE my house is, but the Shirogane ward has my pick just because a lot of my FC is there, not out of any particular love of Shirogane on my part.

And Faeon is right. I'm not trying to badger anybody, I've just never gotten on so soon after maintenance ends, nor have I ever gone for a house. I am just trying to take in as much information and ask all the questions I can to get a clear "plan" to handle this to make sure I get something.
