Amazingly, the plots around my FC and my new house aren't filling up -- Only a handful of those in my FC have gotten ones around it.

Coeurl is back to normal. This is exactly how ever non 4.1 housing release has gone for us. 4.1 was just a horrible anomaly where everyone seemed to stack right up and grab everything in sight. It was also the first time we had notable house flipping on the server (it was probably there prior to that but you didn't notice it happening). Now the relaxed atmosphere seems to be back and that's honestly a good thing.
