    no other classes have been fvcked over thru expansions as the casters... (only pld and at one point mch too early 3.x, have had tougher times;... well rdm is a special case)

    ...

    can mnks now abuse dragon kick every 60 sec? or better ways to use the new 60 sec burst?

    Why would MNK abuse dragon kick? Best I can see is bootshine spam if not lining a TK up with trick and getting back up to gl3 quickly after.
