Everyone should be concerned about dps when the actual dps are doing less than tanks and/or healers.

I'd like to say the best way to stop people commenting without reading the thread is to just assume people aren't fools, alas...

They never talked about parsers in game, they were kicked for a different reason, and a tank should entirely be worried about DPS if three DPS are failing to beat him when it's their only job. I'm not sure why poor play is unacceptable for tanks and healers but perfectly acceptable for DPS unless we're falling back on the stereotype that DPS is full of bad players who need to be carried.

We're not doing that, right? Because I'm pretty sure it's not true, in which case DPS should do their part in the group or be held to account just like the other roles.
