I have no issues with people getting their props for doing well, or ejecting a scrub from their midst who is just wants a free ride but I feel that it takes away from the actual point of the duty, which is to kill what you're aiming at.
The latest part is what kinda pissed me off too, as i said even with a big mistake and dps being... what did he call that again ? Oh yes, being "grey", the run has been smooth and easy. I have no doubt it would have become better later with people more warmed up. I have seen way worse in training groups with people dying several times and not even reaching 3k dps, and when it happens it is a pleasure to stick with the same guys and see everyone improve as the group sinergy goes up. A thing that dont happen when you kick half of your group after a single run because of fflogs reasons.

You basically just said people shouldn't be allowed to play the game because it can make them toxic. You just did, believe it or not. You said just now that parser makes people toxic and elitist, so what does that make players being a-holes in the game? Parser or not that guys attitude wouldn't change. It was pretty obvious probably you all did bad because how slow the boss died, you don't need a parser for that. So what is this thread about again?
Seems like you like to twist words too, i am not gonna explain my point again. As for the "slow" run it is the second fastest one i get listed on fflogs, i even have some above ten minutes where i was dpsing more, and i didn't kick anybody for that. Kinda reach again the point of ridiculous expectations, defeating a boss is not enough, you have to do it under x minutes under the enrage timer itself or you are wasting your precious time XD

That you recognize room for improvement is good, but to settle for 3.5~4k DPS in a fight where people are doing minimum 1k more than that... don’t settle.
I don't know where you see that much people dealing 4,5k+ damage, but they sure aren't legion in the groups i end in. The vast majority stay in the 3k range.

Ty for the advices on the report option but i dont feel like bother with that for so little, i just wanted to vent a bit.
