You can't change other ppl you can only change how you react. They rant because they do, they have conspiracy theories because they do. You can only change yourself.

Accept how things are and let go, or always have something to rant about. That's not my decision to make, I'm just eating popcorn and chit chatting.

There's a difference between not accepting reality and hoping it improves.
