If UsagiAndCrepes post is anything to go by, Viera will probably be no taller than a Highlander (and slightly shorter if we remove the stiletto's/make them plantigrade). I also have a feeling that if they are made the new playable race, the females will be struck with the cute waifu virus, while males are left alone to look closer to the original source material (according to an interview, Lakshmi had a different design, but was changed because 'it wasn't cute.' We've also already seen what happened to the Au Ra).

I wouldn't mind seeing the Lupin in the future, but flesh them out first. Give them a deeper lore and more backstory, more legends.

This should apply to the Viera as well, since the Ivalice in XIV and Ivalice in Tactics Advance and XII are not the same (different lore and legends. Lupin currently have the advantage of already existing).

Not really just give them like a ankle chain and end off. If we wear earrings why not ankle thingys instead of shoes Lol

Because we then go back to my argument of 'gear not matching.' Imagine a Viera wearing tank gear, completely covered in armour... and then their feet left unprotected.
