I dunno... Lupin would really only need some head gear (mostly helmets and masks) to be redesigned, while it sounds like (in some interviews) Viera need every piece of foot gear redesigned for their feet.

Not really just give them like a ankle chain and end off. If we wear earrings why not ankle thingys instead of shoes Lol
