Doing big pulls isn't some complex math equation-you pull 2-3 mobs, use your strongest cd first, rotate to your next strongest one, use aoe abilities until everything's dead. Repeat until dungeon is over. It's not hard.
It's a good thing you don't get to decide how everyone in this game plays.
