I know your impatient to do dps. and can't wait to start the fight to do "CRAZY DAMAGE".
Good that's how a dps should be.
However going ahead of the tanks and pulling in the hope that the tank will catch up with you. (after all what a useless tank. He's not pulling fast enough so I'll just keep pew pewing. He'll just pick up the pieces)

Overtime I see I dps pull I just stand there and watch.

Inevitably he starts to scream and complain about me not being a good tank and slow on the pull or not being able to hold hate.

Honestly I don't care. The pleasure I gain from seeing you eat the dirt is way to good. Groups are very simple

In FFXI and WoW the rule was simple.

Give about 5 to 10 seconds at the start of the fight for the tank to gain hate then start dps.

If you see me in a group as tank and you pull a mob or group of mobs for me. My reaction is simple and consistent. I WILL LET YOU DIE.

When did you play WoW the last time? NOT EVEN ON RAIDBOSSES you give the Tank 5+ Seconds.

Yeah, I don't think that's been a thing since...BC? Maybe even Classic, back when you were supposed to wait til 5 Sunders or some such before starting to DPS. Threat management hasn't been a thing in that game for a while.

Your ONLY good point in three threads: dps please don't pull ahead of your tank.

Other than that, a mediocre tank can establish hate within seconds and hold it. What's your problem?

5-10 seconds is a bit much, I advise you to rethink your rotation.

In this game you don't need 5 - 10 seconds to build up an aggro lead. :-p I support letting the tank pull and take a moment to position mobs, but you do not need a 5 - 1 0 second lead.
