Most people have the mentality that it's no big deal, because they make hundreds of million between months anyway, so the value of gil to some is way different. When you have smalls averaging 3-20, mediums 25-250 and larges 100-600 million, and they sell everyday, whether you want to say they aren't worth that or not, they are, cause that is what the market is showing. If you want to argue flaws in the housing I would accept the pricing as one, as it is way too cheap for most people playing. For how competitive housing has become, I think the economy is showing us what they truly are worth, as opposed to what SE first set as a base cost. If someone obtains a plot, it is completely up to them and within their rights to relinquish it however they see fit, if they wanna relinquish it to someone privately, I think that is completely fine, no matter what the details of the transaction are, gil, items, completing runs etc.. I don't see why people should be mandated to release them to the public and let someone randomly stumble upon it. Value just went up some more. How? Cause i determine what it is worth to me. Others feel the same. Get the gil, buy it, be happy.
