I don't need a dummy account, I have nothing to hide. Plus again, if you look at my listing when I was thinking about selling the Mist plot when people were offering, I was looking to buy a large as well. But now I won't ever sell my Mist plot, not even for a large. I will wait til I can upgrade my small personal and always keep the Mist.

They are worth whatever people will pay for them. That's the way its been, that's the way it'll go unless they change things. Nobody is getting fooled into buying, most people are completely willing to pay for nice plots, more so than the people that aren't willing. Most people have the mentality that it's no big deal, because they make hundreds of million between months anyway, so the value of gil to some is way different. When you have smalls averaging 3-20, mediums 25-250 and larges 100-600 million, and they sell everyday, whether you want to say they aren't worth that or not, they are, cause that is what the market is showing. If you want to argue flaws in the housing I would accept the pricing as one, as it is way too cheap for most people playing. For how competitive housing has become, I think the economy is showing us what they truly are worth, as opposed to what SE first set as a base cost. If someone obtains a plot, it is completely up to them and within their rights to relinquish it however they see fit, if they wanna relinquish it to someone privately, I think that is completely fine, no matter what the details of the transaction are, gil, items, completing runs etc.. I don't see why people should be mandated to release them to the public and let someone randomly stumble upon it. Value just went up some more. How? Cause i determine what it is worth to me. Others feel the same. Get the gil, buy it, be happy.

Where did you get the impression that i was selling a plot for 500 million? I've never sold a plot, yet alone been on either end of a transaction that large. I was merely stating that their are deals that large going on currently. Your slander and false accusations are just as bad as any TOS violation. To misquote and put those word in my mouth is ridiculous. I see a word in that copy and paste quote that says "enormous", and that rings loudly to me, and backs up what I have been saying. Look for someone who isn't gouging, and there are plenty doing plots at reasonable prices, not enourmous price gouging, which is what he said not to do.

The entire concept of a fluctuating 'housing market' is against the rules. As stated repeatedly in other threads and in this thread with provided citations and evidence. the most you are allowed to sell a plot for is something close to its default listing price as if it were empty to make up the original price that was paid.

Even in that case the person who is ultimately buying it has to pay both the seller and then buy the plot, so they end up paying double which is still pretty unreasonable.

Where in the world did you get that set of mind. Where do you get this kind of confident assumption where you think everyone thinks like you?

No. You are the only one who thinks that when people get gil that much to pay ridiculously for that house. I can't see myself that and I am sure people who has expressed their feelings from this 60+ pages plus 80-90% of housing people with people who signed the petition in Housing forum section would not agree with you.

When people earn that much gil, I suppose they will get bored out of the content to a point they will spend 100-600m for their house. But in the end, when everyone gets to have their houses and you can spend regular price - you are saving money than wasting extra.
