Here's an idea S-E: Allow people time to actually see the burning sword in Hashmal's hand and react accordingly when they're more than halfway from the safe area. Or, at the VERY least, cut that Flesh Wound damage to something that will allow healers to do something about it.

Honestly my best advice is to always keep to the middle of the arena and when he jumps away, IMMEDIATELY look for the fire. That entire attack is easy to dodge if you keep yourself glued to the middle, but it's a chore to get used to as a ranged class.

The second he jumps, get to middle. You have 1-2 seconds to be near the middle before he reappears OOB and then another 2-3 seconds to move into the right place.
