I keep hearing that we should remove housing from people who have multiple houses on the same account. I disagree with that since we don't know the details of every one who owns multiple houses and many people are assuming those with multiple houses are house flippers. I am of the opinion that, if SE were to implement a 1 house per account policy of some variation they should simply prohibit players with a house from purchasing more land until they meet the criteria of "Homelessness".

As for the rental fee. I could see the press release as this being the WoL paying his/her property tax every Eorzea year (2 weeks IRL). LOL
