I once suggested they should add a system to purhcase different kinds of plots for time period. Like have the action hammer in diff color for personal houses, FC's and relocation plots. If these plots arent purchased within some period of time they will be free for all. Sure it will add campers but if people are obsessed so much thats their issue. Or like many have suggested, just add a feature where you can buy a plot and then decide the size of the house or something.

I am tired of seeing so many large and medium plots yellow with no furniture or use on them.

Ive had to set my house/fc to locked 3 times now for some times weeks..

1st time i had people who i black listed who would just come in my house and sit there not leaving, it was 3 people who left the fc.

2nd a fc member broke up with a pyscho He came in for days looking for her, the one day she was on in her room she sat on the floor in front of the fc rooms yelling at me to stop hiding her lol.after 30 mins and multi threats to report him for stalking he left s i reported him.

3rd i came home twice in one week to find 2 random people erp'in in my bed in /say.very xxx stuff.. which cool do your own thing ,just not in my bed.being locked just means people dont want you inside dont lump all yellow houses in with flippers please. Some people just dont want people in there house period they bought it they have the right

Putting ASIDE the amount of resources it would take up... The major downside would be it's locked to FC but! Just imagine..

You get instanced FC Wards. The FC purchases an instanced ward from wherever they'd like. So then anyone in the FC can buy a small/medium/large. FC house can also have whatever. So EVERYONE can have a house. And if you NEED more, it will add more (like apartments) but only when everything has been filled.

PROS
Everyone gets a house
People can get multiple spaces
You can buy at your own time
You still have that neighborhood feel with FC mates
No house flippers

CONS
Tied to an FC
Neighbors only FC mates
Pain to access to view from non FC members
A crap ton of resources from SE

So here are a lot of complaints I've seen and solutions:
Just not enough housing via
-People owning more than one- Houseflippers or just in general

  Instanced Housing
  Rent
  Increasing apartment space

Can we not? After playing forever on Balmung and then moving to Mateus, I finally got a house, and a Medium too. I really don't feel like paying a monthly rent for a house I own...
