You do not want features borrowed from or inspired by WoW because it won't make XIV successful and it would anger players (your words, not mine).

The reality is, these are features that can make XIV better, but nope, can't have them because they come from WoW.

There is no explainable rational to this line of thinking then you despise WoW and fear even inspiration will turn XIV into what you hate.
