I already posted that I am an omnicrafter with all crafts leveled and time wise it has been from 1.0 until now and I also do glamour as well and do battle content and raiding. I basically do all the content in this game (except PVP...although I did do it for the glamours I wanted then stopped oh and the gloria airship and the 2 doggie minions)

I started with 2 retainers and eventually bought one extra one near end of ARR and I've been using three since then. I am a bit full, but I am managing still. Even if I bought one more retainer to get to 4 you still would have double the extra space over me with your 8 retainers.

Sorry, but your situation is a bit odd. I am trying to understand it, but can't figure it out.
