New rotation?

Saying that it seems most rotations I've seen or tried seem to follow the build 11 stacks immediately, as at the '12th' stack you get around 1300 quality per touch lol

So we use initial prep and go for 8 w/ reflect or should we use reflect to have those three stacks count immediately? Or not use them at all?
