    And none of that content will last more than 24 hours (harder raid is the only lasting thing, but only less than 1% will bother), whereas a patch should last months.

    I can guarantee you that the QOL changes, job buffs, grand company grinding ,housing and 24 man raid will last longer than 24 hours.

    Those are staying in action a long time due to mechanics and obvious reasons.
