Thread: Give up house for housing system overhaul?

So... our housing system is total trash, was wonder would people be willing to give up their current house if they decide to overhaul housing altogether and do a fresh start? Also what do you guys purpose SE should do to the system if so?
At the moment feel like they should;
-Turn apartments into the personal housing, add one or 2 more size variations to the apts, suites or something, they would need to add a small outdoor area to them, something like a balcony or maybe just an small instanced garden area
-Turn current ward housing into FC only, 1 house per FC, possibly opening up for private ownership later on (limiting 1 per server but shared amongst your characters.) Also having any new wards/housing areas to allow FC's 1st dibs on them before opening them up to private.

You don't have to give up anything really. The interior of houses are already instances all they have to do is add the exterior to the instance. This option would even allow for a dwelling upgrade path and the ability to select your view.
