ah you are right, 6 months I knew it was somewhere around. that bein said I think we might get patch on january with February been max so we got HW relic 6 month after release and we will get SB relic just about the same time but better.

I won't lie, Eureka was the thing I wanted most out of 4.1. In about 1 month I will be Omni 70 on my main and my alt. At that point we would be close to 4.15 and that would give me a new large project to work on.
I'll get to spend some time on some single player games so it isn't the end of the world. Am I disappointed? Yes. However, I am done with caring that much.
We will get the SB relic later than we did in HW. But better? Given their track record with Diadem and Diadem 2.0, I fear we may be disappointed but I will keep a shred of hope with me that it is better than grinding FATEs.

I'd say that regardless of Eureka, the weapon itself is better in 4.2, as if it releases in 4.15 it is immediately invalidated by easier options from lost allagan nerfs, hunts, and the 24 man raid (potentially)

Meh, I quit raiding when my bf got bored of it. I stopped caring about BiS at the same time since I don't "need" it anymore. Say whatever you want, but I'm going to spend my time with him over raiding. He is more important to me.
The relic is something I can do with him while we have some fun killing time. They become shared goals that we work on together. That is why it matters to me.

Reading too much of the forums makes me very sad and apathetic.

That is your preference, but when it comes to content design my point still standsMeh, I quit raiding when my bf got bored of it. Can’t wait to do Shinryu EX! I loved the original fight so I’m excited to see what the extreme mode has in store!![]()

Your post came across to me as a counter argument saying that ilvl doesn't matter because you do it for fun. If you arent disagreeing with my point then great, but the general attitude in this thread has left me a bit jaded when it comes to counter points.
Nevertheless, I apologise if I came across badly.
the simple fact that we are getting an entire zone dedicate to the relic itself it's automatically better than anything they have ever done with the relic as in there's more dedication and effort than -run x old content 30000 to get light- there's more effort put into it and whatever it's that it brings lets be optimistic and hope is fun and enjoyable.I won't lie, Eureka was the thing I wanted most out of 4.1. In regards to Eureka being automatically better, well yes and no. More effort in design but until we actually know what it entails it could be back to fate spamming and killing x amount of targets in this "new" area.
Let's all hope it is in fact something entirely different and no fates and what not are involved at all.
It is no secret that "raiders" actually do Relic as well so having this delay really is bad.
