Increasing xp gained by dps classes in leveling dungeons

A simple help would be to increase the xp gain in PotD from floors 61-70. Currently this is reduced after level 60.

After leveling my healers I'm on the lvl dps trail and it's a pain.

People can say that PotD doesn't teach you how to play your class properly.
But having healed pug groups in the 60-70 dungeons with Whm, Ast and Sch I'll say that these dungeons don't either.

There may be other things to help, but this seems a pretty easy adjustment to introduce - even if the requirement was to have at least one lvl 70 character before the 61-70 xp reduction was removed.
