No don't, or maybe do, but that'll make you a douche. There are some people that are deliberately bad or that are still learning their single target rotations, let alone their aoe, I bet some don't even have it binded. If you come across these people, yes it gets a bit boring because dungeon takes a bit longer than usual, but booting them from the dungeon won't solve anything and they won't get any better. Basically just accept it and understand there are a lot of players that are not interested in being optimal, they just probably play the game because of graphics, glamour and social component. I don't share this mentality, I like aiming for good rotations and fast clear times, but it's very clear too there are a lot of people that don't. You can't go around booting them from dungeons not only because it's disrespectful but because you'll be booting people every other dungeon xD. Just do smaller pulls.
