Do you face pull with Flash, or Shield Lob first?

That depends on the situation. If there is a pack of mobs stacked up close together, I'll face pull with Flash. If there's some distance between them, I'll Shield Lob the most important mob first.

Just wondering, but did you read any of the 15 pages? Because people explained
why this is annoying. Nothing to do with bad tanks.

I admit I haven't, but that doesn't discredit my point. Regen is a non-issue that doesn't cause nearly as much aggro as people try to make it out. If you can't adapt to it, you're a bad tank.
