This whole thread is tl;dr but I'm going to agree. If nothing else, increase its MP cost to double or triple what it currently is; ideally you don't want to be using it anyway because it's a DPS loss but the point is you CAN use it if you HAVE TO and it's unfair for the other two casters (on top of everything else that RDM offers).

If it was up to me I would fix the cast time on verraise and make it so neither vercure nor verraise could be dualcast. That would be balanced enough.
