    I'm an indie dev with a steamworks account, and I can atest that the developer is free to set regional prices as he/she sees fit for each region independently. There is no limitation in that regard.

    Ah yeah, OF COURSE, I was only relating that any excuses as to "SE doesn't control regional prices" is bullshit =P
