Geo would probably only utilize Earth, Wind and Water due to how lore is shaping in XIV, but I could see a system in which it has some gauge for all 3 elements, and has to create a balance of them in order to execute specific moves
The Wu Xing is Wood (unaspected damage), Fire, Earth, Metal (also unaspected) and then Water (water/ice damage). The goal would've been to follow this pattern with a number of options for each attribute.

The biggest problem for Geomancer as a healer is that as it's displayed in the Astrologian storyline, it's not really any different from the base class of Conjurer.

Like this version of Geomancer, Conjurer relies on the elements of earth (stone spells), wind (aero spells) and water (cure spells). Conjurer also considers lifeforce as an element, but not one to be used as this would mean the caster sacrificing themselves. The "spirits" he refers to aren't that different from elementals mentioned in the Conjurer questline. Even all of those "attacks" used by Kyokuho were all Conjurer placeholders.
