    Jesus christ.

Edit: Also, to imply mechanically frustrating and challenging/difficult gameplay are mutually exclusive is absolutely ridiculous. Some of the most popular games known for their "difficulty" are simultaneously mechanically frustrating. I will reiterate this again. Stop trying to argue semantics based purely on opinion. You cannot tell people they are mutually exclusive or different when it's completely based on the eyes of the beholder and nothing more.
Oh look, ignorant forum drone #2356 making baseless assumptions with zero relevance to what's actually being said. Are you projecting or just naturally angry? Seems like you are plenty salty about SAM players which has absolutely nothing to do with what I said or the point I've been trying to make. Nowhere did I claim SAM to be hard to play, because it's not, all I did say was that it's pointless to even have these kind of "discussions" when barely anyone has played more than 2-3 jobs at 70, at most; and not even in challenging content where you can't just stand there half-afk.

An no, game or in this case job mechanics have little in common with the core difficulty of playing said jobs. For some jobs its much more important to know the ins and outs of individual encounters, or in other words, potential downtimes - this is what makes those jobs, like MCH or DRG, more demanding to play in certain situations. This topic isn't about certain situations though, but about the overall job difficulty and thus my point remains. Stop trying to put words into other people's mouth just because reading comprehension doesn't seem to be your strong suit.

Edit: I think I've said everything I wanted to and have once again been reminded why I usually avoid the OF, or any kind of forum for that matter. You try to objectively make a point, which then can and should be discussed and instead you get random users basically attacking you because that's easier than arguing the point. Why even try to actually have a reasonable discussion and exchange of opinions when you can just make assumptions and be like "lol, salty Samurai", right?
