I'd love to talk a bit about Selene. I used to use her all the time, and now I'm pretty sad about how reliant we all seem to be on Eos, mainly because our heals suck and Selene also doesn't really bring anything strong to the party. A flat out buff to Fey Wind would be nice, though I would even be in favour of removing that along with Silent Dusk and giving her back Fey Glow/Light. It still adds some interactivity with the pet, and those two abilities always felt better than Fey Wind has been. I don't think Selene needs anything major, just something that validates actually using her.
On the note of Faerie usage, I would be very happy if Dissipation was completely reworked to simply be an instant, free Faerie swap on a shorter CD. Even if it means losing the heal buff and AF stacks, if both Faeries actually contributed decently to the party, I think it would add a lot to the job to have both Eos and Selene participating. It makes the job a tad bit more about pet management, and as they seem to be so focused on removing our mitigation, that could become the main focus of our job as it should be. As it stands, with AST unfortunately being a thing, pet management is the only thing that makes us unique, so I'd like to see a bigger overhaul in that department.

Eos needs to be the single target fairy and Selene needs to be the AOE healing fairy (much like the MCH turrents). Currently Selene is very underused, as the only buff she really provides is a weaker version of Arrow. When Fey Union is used, Selene should pulse aoe, and Eos can tick single target. Again, just like a promoted MCH turret. The model is already there to be used. SE needs to pull this trigger (pun intended)
Disspiation needs to remove your current fairy and swap to the other one. This would allow for more skillful fairy play.

You have to understand that things are designed around timers and boss mechanics, if Indom dropped down to 15 seconds that would require them to start creating bosses that aoe spammed the party more often for absurd damage. This would have an effect that would drip into the other healers forcing a need for aoe heal MP cost to be reduced to keep up with that aoe damage pace so they don't OoM
Since Stormblood dropped, I have seen MANY complaints about SCH's lack of AOE healing. My request, whether you approve or not, would help in that regard. It would not solve the issue completely, but it would certainly help. You have to understand that things are designed around timers and boss mechanics, if Indom dropped down to 15 seconds that would require them to start creating bosses that aoe spammed the party more often for absurd damage. While I haven't decided whether or not I like the notion of decreasing Indom's CD, I don't think it would have any appreciable effect on design. They wouldn't create a scenario that WHM and AST (both already having reasonably potent AoE healing options, several of which being spammable on GCD) couldn't handle, so SCH being able to cast Indom more frequently wouldn't make a dent. They would have to assume the presence of a SCH, which of course they wouldn't.You have to understand that things are designed around timers and boss mechanics, if Indom dropped down to 15 seconds that would require them to start creating bosses that aoe spammed the party more often for absurd damage. Buffs to Succor and tweaks to Emergency Tactics would be a much better solution. No SCH will want to spend an AF stack on Indoms that frequently. Indom is a very powerful ability, it doesn't need to be shortened.
