They are just doing it...to get a skill they need quickly on a class they don't plan to play as their main anyways. I'm sorry I see nothing wrong with this

So instead of fixing this issue of forcing players to level classes they have no interest in just for a skill to make thier main viable, support powerleveling to encourage this system?

Yes.

Options does not mean support. It means options. If you do not want to get PL but the rest of the party does its your option to leave or stay. Dont complain just leave. There are 8 people in that party and most of them want a PL and if you dont you deal with getting fast xp or you leave.
