    Those skillspeed numbers are quite different from the old HW numbers. They must have reduced the gcd reduction per point of skill speed. This really makes skill speed look unattractive...

    I know that feel. This is why I really can't aim for a full Sks build and rather opt for a certain amount.
    You know... enough to get GCD down to 2 seconds, or 1.95...
