Alright chill out Mar 2017. Rampart is no different than shadowskin and gaining the blackest night gives Drk the best on demand mitigation ability. Every time I see one of your posts you're just spreading vitriol. We don't know how tenacity is going to be weighted and no one has confirmed how our DPS places outside of theory crafting. If you don't like the gameplay changes to dark arts that's your opinion. I'm not the only one who is enjoying the changes to single target damage. I could care less about my AoE damage.
