Dark Passenger is borderline worthless now due to the tripled MP cost, Blood Price being gated behind Grit is a significant loss in MP regeneration and the loss of Reprisal and Low Blow severely dent DRK's damage. Those procs were free damage that are just gone now. People have already put the numbers together and currently DRK looks to be the weakest tank by a fair margin. It has nowhere near the damage PLD does nor the mitigation of either. You don't need to be level 70 with EX clears under your belt to see that.
