No. Maybe you should have learned what conditional means, and the difference between "should" and "will" as you seem to be continuing to ignore that simple fact after you have already been told twice. I'm not sure whether it's just due to issues with understanding plain English, or simply selective reading due to the fact that it collapses your card castle.

Oh man, I just realized who you are. The DualShockers guy. That's hilarious. Always hated that site. Anyway..
"It will be supported at the same time as Patch 4.0.
There will be two modes available for the PlayStation®4 Pro. One mode will retain the current resolution while increasing the frame rate. With this mode, you can expect a stable 60FPS even in scenes with many people.
The other mode retains the current existing frame rate but increases the resolution. Of course, the game is playable on the standard PlayStation®4 as well, so please think of these as features for those who already own or plan to purchase a PlayStation®4 Pro."
If this stuff doesn't concern you, it's time to leave the thread. This is for people who want answers, not for the people who actually have trouble with English, bro. Go play the game or something.

That's fine, for one who hates us, there are many more who appreciate our coverage. I reckon you're in a vastly overwhelmed and insignificant minority. And given your attitude, it doesn't really bother me.
I'm afraid that you're the one who doesn't understand English "bro."There will be two modes available for the PlayStation®4 Pro. One mode will retain the current resolution while increasing the frame rate. With this mode, you can expect a stable 60FPS even in scenes with many people.

Aside that this is a from a digest, which means a quickly translated summary -and not a word-by-word translation - of the much more conditional statement Yoshida made, "you can expect a stable 60FPS even in scenes with many people" does not in any shape or form promises stable 60 FPS in ALL scenes. "Many" people is a very vague statement which you're wrongly interpreting as an absolute one.
Bottomline, if you really expected 100% stable 60 FPS in a MMORPG that doesn't have wow-like prehistoric graphics on a console that isn't a monster by any stretch of the imagination, you had unrealistic expectations. That's all there is to it. You don't get 100% stable 60 FPS everywhere at 1080p even on a PC with a GTX970, i7 CPU and 32 gigs of RAM, which is miles ahead in terms of juice. Expecting a PS4 Pro to outperform that is laughable.
