There's an option in the system config about water reflection, could try turning it off and it might improve a bit.

Anyway, any other PS4 Pro users have anything to share? Experiences, outrage, concerns, wonders?
Having 60fps locked everywhere is nowhere near possible for ps4 pro, maybe dungeons and primal fights. But in the open world? Not by a long shot.

Why? i mean i am almost 100% certain Horizon Zero Dawn is 60fps and never ever have i had any issues.
Witcher 3 is suppose to get a Pro patch also, not sure if it is for framerate or what.
Anyhow, i have FFXIV set to the 2nd option (for 4k TV) and it sure does look nice, only thing now is the text and all that is so damn small, lol.
Tomorrow if i could even get back on i will test the other mode
I'm not sure if it's the same on the PS4, but you can change the UI size in the settings on the PC.Why? i mean i am almost 100% certain Horizon Zero Dawn is 60fps and never ever have i had any issues.

.........Horizon is a constant locked 30fps. That said, what some of you dont realize is that the reason 60fps locked in open world isnt possible on pro let alone even most high end PC's is due to the CPU. MMO's are CPU bottlenecked not GPU. So when the CPU cant feed the GPU its instructions fast enough (in heavily populated areas), thats where the fps drops happen aka CPU bottleneck. Why? i mean i am almost 100% certain Horizon Zero Dawn is 60fps and never ever have i had any issues.

On another note since I am on PS4 Pro as well, it hands down runs better in areas expected. Fps stays at a locked 60fps in dungeons/less crowded areas and you can feel the difference when moving or using skills. Before, the fps would drop in 8-mans even with boost mode enabled (45-60fps) due to all of the effects. Not the case anymore. And even in more populated areas, fps improvements across the board compared to pre patch. As a PC player who's used to 120fps, I can hands down notice the difference and in fact, noticed it within seconds of logging into Limsa this morning with an average amount of people around (50+fps).
If you are that bothered about FPS buy a PC, not hard really.
