Just cancelled my pre-order.

My BF won't let me cancel my pre-order. All I could do was cancel my sub that hit a couple weeks ago (for 6 months *sad panda*). So I'm here for like 160 days or something. I trying to finish up my AST relic before SB hits. WHM was the only class I actually truly enjoyed playing, but between our really bad new skills and losing 9 skills to the role skill list, I really don't think it's something I can play anymore. (Though unlike some people I do realize it would be completely viable for MSQ and dungeons in SB, 'cause POM + Thin Air = OMG Holy spam, but that's just not enough imo. I want WHM to be more than my dungeon healer.)

I dunno, maybe find a new BF if he's forcing you to play a game.

Don't get me wrong, the changes to WHM are EXTREMELY underwhelming. But don't quit the game because of them. Play a different healer or a DPS or a tank, or tough it out on your WHM. If you spent $40 on the expac, you presumably enjoy the story, the atmosphere, the music, the raids, the dungeons, or the friends you've made in the game. If you don't enjoy those things, then yeah, go ahead and find something else you do enjoy, but I find it hard to believe that so many folks have so much investment in a single job in a game where changing jobs is a button click away.
