Stop Giving the "Need" Command for Drop Gear in Dungeons to Higher Geared Players!

In 4 out of 5 (excluding the crafted*) ways of gearing you mention the chance of getting an item is, at most, half (8 vs 4 ppl) of that in a light-party dungeon, for a similar time commitment.
In addition to your needs, is your time worth more than others' now?

* Crafted items are currently the fastest and most efficient way to farm GC seals. You don't even need i250 -spam an i220 synth, it's way cheaper.

Shire gear is guaranteed. The Dunscathe accesory is guaranteed. And you mentioned time commitment. Let's talk about that. My bard is i270. Lots of time commitment there right? So if i want to now commit my time to collecting gc seals who are you to say that is not as important? I roll on everything. If someone asks, I'll pass. But I'm not going to run a dungeon on my bard in order to gear up my lower jobs. I've capped shire every week. And I'm now buying pieces for my fourth job. Time commitment.
If you don't ask. You aren't going to get anything aiming in a dungeon with me. Gc seals are one reason why i have 60mil gil.
Sure it may be greedy to roll need. But i guarantee you I'd be rolling greed if that was the only option.
I am by no means self entitled i demand nothing from df randoms. Why do you?

edit: also. You mentioned the other forum posts about people being booted from dungeons and tried to twist that to prove your stance on why you cant run a dungeon on the class that needs gear. You can. Just don't wear fending pieces on your caster. Know your rotation.
I'm not going to spend my lore and time crafting items for gc seals. I run expert for tomes. And bonus gc seals. 2 birds one stone. Seems like you need to work on time management.
edit: the other ways i did mention are WEEKLY LOCKOUT AND CAN'T BE TRADED IN FOR SEALS. So again. Please tell me how rolling on i245 gear is hurting you.
no. My time isn't worth more than others. Why is it you assume you'll never be able to get gear unless everyone passes? You say % 50 chance at best. So that means if rng favors me I'm selfish? What if it favors you?
